It seems to be visually inspired by maniraptoran theropod dinosaurs, particularly members of dromaeosauridae ("raptors"), sporting what appear to be feathers on its wrists, head and lower back. I want to know because the effect is strong, and if it is reliable I might find worth spending the time to EV invest my Rexquiem The in-game description says: "gains priority if attacking a weak pokemon". The database doesn't seem to have any description of abilities, so I decided to look after a HA Chikaboo while looking for a HA Vroombug for my team, and managed to get my hands on a Raptor Rexquiem. Raptor is the signature hidden ability of Rexquiem that was given after the 1.4 in place of Shadow Tag. CHAOS SIXTEENTH need these plates for their goal. Specific pokemon including Legendary Pokemon, holds the plate. They created a team known as TEAM HUNTER to help them in collecting PLATES. CHAOS SIXTEENTH made up of 16 strong trainer.
